From Rome city center:
- By car: you should take the highway Roma-Fiumicino and exit on the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) in the direction of Florence. Soon after you should reverse (Alitalia) to the outside lane of the GRA at exit 30 which leads directly to the Fair, Via Eiffel, Porta Est.
- By train, the line is the Fr1, direction Fiumicino (Orte - Fara Sabina - Roma Tiburtina - Fiumicno Airport). You stop at Nuova Fiera di Roma. Thanks to the treadmill is easy to reach the northern entrance of the Fair.

By Highway from the north:
Arriving by highway from the north, you must take the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) direction Fiumicino airport. On the GRA take exit 30, which leads directly to the fairgrounds, and in particular to the East Gate, on Via Eiffel.

By Highway from the south:
Arriving by Highway from the south it is necessary to take the GRA, always in the direction of Fiumicino airport, just after exit 28 get in right lane to use the opportunity to reverse (direction Alitalia) to get back on track where you can find  the exit road that leads directly to the Fair, on Via Eiffel, Porta Est

From Fiumicino Airport:
For those arriving by airplane from Fiumicino airport there are three options: car (rental), train or bus. The airport is about 3 kilometers far from the new Fair.
- By car: You can take the Highway to Rome center, after approx. 3 km is on the right exit signposted for New Fair of Rome, with a U-turn you go straight on Via Eiffel.
Otherwise you can take the road towards Fiumicino area. Exit Fiumicino-North must take the Via Portuense towards Rome. When you arrived at via Portuense 1555, turn onto Via Eiffel.
- By train: You can take line Fr1 (Orte - Fara Sabina - Roma Tiburtina - Fiumicno Airport), the direction of Rome, you got off at Nuova Fiera di Roma thanks to the tapis roulant it is easy to reach the northern entrance of the Fair.
- By bus: the Company Cotral (Regional Transport) has moved some race lines with a stop in front of the Porta East  (Via Eiffel).
The bus terminal is located between the international and domestic arrivals.
